Yorkshire Bridge Waterfall - Peak District National Park

This is the Yorkshire Bridge Waterfall, which isn't in Yorkshire at all! It sits below the Yorkshire Bridge pub near the village of Bamford, at the end of Ladybower Reservoir. The waterfall is surrounded by beautiful saturated mossy greens and in Autumn when the leaves are on the turn the colours are stunning. The waterfall is on the River Derwent. The waters of the River Derwent flow through Howden Reservoir, then Derwent, and eventually into Ladybower. The Derwent valley is a beautiful place, well worth a visit.
